The Model Portal serves as a valuable resource and information hub exclusively for our signed models. Stay up-to-date with the latest agency news, including casting calls, photoshoots, and upcoming events. Check in with the portal every Friday after 3 PM for updates. Policies & Agreements
Payment Policies
1. Payment Schedule: Models will receive payment between 14 and 21 days after the event photo/video shoot
2. Method of Payment: Payments shall be made via direct deposit or electronic transfer to the bank account provided by the model/contractor.
3. Payment Amount: The Compensation rate will be clearly outlined in the individual contract agreements and will reflect services agreed upon.
4. Reimbursement of Expenses: Contractors must seek prior approval for expenses. Approved expenses will be reimbursed within 30 days upon submission of official receipts and an expense report.
Non-Solicitation Agreement
1. Client Relationships: Models agree not to solicit any clients of The Boost Model's Talented Agency for personal gain or outside projects.
2. Confidential Information: Models must not disclose any confidential information about the Agency’s clients or business operations during or after the completion of their contract.
3. Non-Compete Clause: Contractors shall not engage with competing agencies or projects directly competing with The Boost Model's Talent Agency during their contract term.
Responsibilities as an Independent Contractor
1. Project Delivery: Models are responsible for delivering high-quality work by agreed-upon deadlines. Delays must be communicated as early as possible.
2. Compliance: Models agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to their work.
3. Tools and Equipment: Models are expected to provide their equipment and tools unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Professional Conduct: Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. This includes proper communication with both the Agency and its clients.
Model Agreement
Starting January 2025 All Boost Models will be required to have a new signed model agreement and a W-9 in their Model files. Click the button below to dewnard a model agreement and a W-9 form
Branson Hair Show Video Shoot
We are happy to announce that Boost Models will be participating in the photo/video shoots to produce the marketing material for next year's show. Models from our group will be chosen to be the face of The Branson Hair. The selected models will be featured on all print promotional material and video promotions. The models will be selected by the show production by October 20th for the September 2024 show.
Bass Pro Commercial shoots
Boost Models is excited to partner with the casting director for Bass Pro Shops video shoot, covering both commercial work and catalog shoots. This collaboration marks an ongoing and exciting opportunity that allows us to showcase the extensive range of exceptional products and services offered by Bass Pro Shops.
General shoot details:
- All ages, male andday of shooting, then one day where we have all characters and boats
- Seeking diversity looking for all body types and ethnicities
- Model should be prepared to submit a video auditions
- Models should have some experience with the outdoors hiking , biking fishing , boating etc
Boat video shoot
General shoot details:
- Shoots early August
- 4 days total of shooting, broken up into 3 boat scenarios. So each boat would have a full day of shooting, then one day where we have all characters and boats together.
- Would like to see if we can cast people who live in the area if that's at all possible to avoid significant travel expenses.
- Non-Union shoot
- We typically ask that people provide their own wardrobe
- Our typical budget for talent ranges from $600 to $1,000 per person per day
- Our client usually requests a complete buyout of rights on the images/footage
- We look for people that have a classy look to them (think George Clooney). This isn't a fishing boat, it's a luxury boat. Prefer to not have visible tattoos.
- The people we work with need to be comfortable on the boat and in the water. And our hero needs to be able to drive a boat confidently. (We'll have a professional boat captain on the shoot to provide guidance and dock the boat, but our primary needs to be able to drive and maneuver)
- Also, we often start our days before sunrise, take long lunch breaks, and shoot until sunset.
Sterndrive Boat 1 / 1 Woman + Dog
- For this boat, I'm thinking of a female as the primary.
- Needs to be an experienced boat driver!
- Younger (late 20s or maybe early 30s)
- Preferred to be generally athletic/fit-looking.
- Our client also wanted to have a dog
Sterndrive Boat 2 / Family of 4:
- Parents could be 30's or early 40s with kids with grade school or middle school children
- Dad needs to be able to drive a boat
- We prefer working with "natural" families so everyone is comfortable working together (and for safety)
- Kids will need to be comfortable playing in the water
- At some point everyone will be in swimsuits so generally healthy/fit-looking family
Surf Boat / 4 Friends
- This one is usually hard to cast because we need a couple of people who can actually wake surf and wakeboard well.
- Typically anytime you have someone who is an experienced surfer they are also experienced boat drivers, so we could bounce back and forth between the two primaries.
- Hopefully we can find some real lake lovers who actually do this sort of thing on their weekends
- We can have a wider age range on this one (maybe 20s through early 40s).
